The case of the founder of the Wagner PMC, Evgeniy Prigozhin, who died as a result of a business jet crash, has appeared in the register of inheritance cases of the Federal Notary Chamber. The registry lists the date of death as August 23, the day of the Embraer Legacy 600 crash in the Tver region.
According to data registrythe inheritance case was opened by notary Anatoly Akulenko from the Notary Chamber of St. Petersburg.
According to SPARK-Interfax, Evgeny Prigozhin owned 100% of the shares of Concord Catering LLC and Concord Management and Consulting LLC. He also owned 80% of the shares of Ritm LLC and 49% of the Russian film company Aurum.
On board the crashed business jet, in addition to Yevgeny Prigozhin were commander of the Wagner PMC Dmitry Utkin and eight other people. All of them died. Mr. Prigogine was buried at the Porokhovskoye cemetery in St. Petersburg on August 29. The reasons for the plane crash are unknown. The Investigative Committee is investigating the case under Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic safety rules and operation of air transport).
