Allergist-immunologist, gastroenterologist at SM-Clinic in St. Petersburg Elena Manilo told “Gazeta.Ru” that people get sick in the spring due to exacerbations of not only seasonal SARS, but also chronic diseases.
Manilo explained that a lack of vitamins and changeable weather, including changes in atmospheric pressure and the vagaries of spring weather, play a big role in this: these factors have a very hard effect on the work of blood vessels.

Stress goes hand in hand with exacerbations of neuralgic disorders, and the hormonal fluctuations caused by it go hand in hand with disruptions in the endocrine system, ”explained the immunologist.
