Philip Kirkorov and Alla Pugacheva are now not only former spouses, but also comrades in… misfortune. Or rather, in litigation. The same person, with a short interval, filed a lawsuit against pop stars. But if Kirkorov has already been able to protect his wallet, then Alla Borisovna (or rather, her representatives) only has to prove that she is right. This will not be easy to do: as MK found out, the plaintiff turned out to be a professional litigator, and it was most likely need that prompted him to turn to Themis.

There are legends about the 53-year-old resident of the city of Balakovo, Saratov region, Anatoly Ryskov, even in his homeland in judicial circles. He first appeared on the pages of local newspapers when he “exposed” the leasing of land to a company affiliated with one of the industrial giants. The intrigue was that local authorities promised to prevent the construction of a plant in the area.

Apparently, the man liked being a fighter for justice. Anatoly Ryskov, a father of four children, has been regularly involved in various transactions with land and natural resources for the last ten years. The loudest scandal was the participation of a businessman in bidding for the right to conclude a hunting agreement on land in the Engelssky and Marksovsky districts of the Saratov region. The reserve, beloved by local elites, was first leased out. And after the auction, a well-known debater, who has repeatedly appealed the results of trades and auctions, was able to challenge this decision. As a result, even heads rolled – officials were punished for violating the bidding procedures.

“Anatoly very carefully monitors all trades and current offers on the market,” said an acquaintance of Ryskova. — A simple example: a farmer who owns land wants to expand his holdings. He collects documents and goes to the administration to buy or rent a piece of land in the neighborhood. Of course, the person thinks that he will be the only contender, because no one has needed this territory for decades. But at the very last moment Ryskov appears. And the farmer has already made an advance payment for a new cowshed and hired workers to develop the new land. But you will first have to win or come to an agreement with a competitor. And this is not easy, because over the years Anatoly has studied all the procedures, and any slightest violation will be challenged by him. That is, the litigation will drag on indefinitely.”

According to the interlocutor, whether with Philip Kirkorov or Alla Pugacheva, the litigant also hopes to grab the opportunity to cloud the process and reach a profitable compromise. There is hardly anything personal in his claims. This is not even revenge for one of the former gentlemen of the Diva, a native of Balakovo Sergei Chelobanov, as Kirkorov previously suggested. Perhaps the fact is that the large family is growing, and income is falling; in addition, according to the FSSP website, Anatoly Ryskov has numerous debts. So you have to go fishing. It sounds funny, but it was precisely under this sauce that the plaintiff asked to demolish the piers, first of Philip Kirkorov, and now of Alla Pugacheva.

According to Solnechnogorsk City Court, Anatoly Ryskov’s lawsuit against Alla Borisovna Pugacheva and Kristina Edmundovna Orbakaite has already been accepted for proceedings. The plaintiff demands “to be required to ensure free access to the shoreline of the water body by demolishing structures located within the actual boundaries of the land plots owned by the defendants.”

A hearing on the claim against Pugacheva is scheduled for October 31. The outcome of the case can be easily predicted: Philip Bedrosovich successfully repelled all of Ryskov’s attacks back in February – the court ruled in his favor. But nevertheless, other representatives of the Russian establishment who have a personal pier should think about whether it’s time to call a lawyer?
