The husband of “Crystal Nastya” was released from mobilization: “MK” helped

MK helped Nastya Marukova defend her right to happiness. Her husband Alexander can safely continue to look after his wife, a disabled person of the first group, for life – he is not subject to mobilization. The issue was resolved the very next morning after the publication of our article.

18 years ago we wrote about the unique “crystal” girl Nastya Marukova. Her diagnosis is imperfect bone formation. Since birth, she has suffered dozens of fractures, her height due to a broken spine is 128 centimeters.

In 2004, Nastya was able to endure and give birth to a healthy son in Moscow. Articles about her in MK shocked readers so much that one after another they brought to the hospital a “dowry” for the baby, money, a stroller, a crib, toys …

In 2022 Nastya wrote “MK” about a new trouble.

“My husband received a summons. According to the presidential decree, men caring for a disabled person of the 1st group are not subject to partial mobilization …

My illness is very severe, I hardly walk. I need heavy physical care constantly. Assistance in seating on the stroller, on the toilet, in the bath. Because any sudden movement leads to fractures … My son cannot help me with this … “

Nastya herself hardly moves around the apartment: from the toilet to the bed. The son is a full-time student. He does not work. Yes, an 18-year-old boy and physically will not be able to constantly look after his mother. The family is supported by one Alexander.

“Over the years, my husband has become everything to me. He learned how to do massage, how to tap, so that there are no stretch marks, he puts on splints, does electrophoresis, dursenval. Every day for 3-4 hours it takes only this. To the toilet, to the bath, to the street, to the clinic – I am with him everywhere, and without him there is no way, ”says Nastya.

They put the notice at the door. Not personally. The paper was not even signed. The only way out, as the lawyers suggested, is to quit Sasha and receive 1,200 rubles a month to take care of his wife.

But how to live on it? Moreover, their apartment is in a mortgage, and Nastya’s pension is a little more than 15 thousand a month. In addition, according to the order of the President, it is forbidden to call the only breadwinners in a family with severe disabilities.

After receiving a summons from the military registration and enlistment office, Nastya immediately wrote to Putin, the Prosecutor General, the military prosecutor’s office, Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights, and the administration of the Moscow Region.

“The very next morning after the article was published, we were contacted by the authorized bodies and asked Sasha to urgently come to them to “close this issue” completely,” Nastya says. – He was confirmed with guarantees that while his wife is a disabled person of the first group and his son is studying, he is not subject to mobilization. They spoke to us very politely and shook hands in parting.”

Well, we are very glad that not just human justice, but also the rule of law has triumphed in this particular case.

It must be admitted that today, to excesses in partial mobilization in the military registration and enlistment offices, in local administrations, they react much faster, and even at the stage when a person who, according to the law, is not subject to conscription, can be returned back.

Almost 10,000 people called up as part of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation were returned home for various reasons. On October 21, such statistics were given by the head of the State Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov.
