The head of the Swiss arms company Ruag MRO Holding Brigitte Beck left her post after the authorities refused to provide assistance to Ukraine. It is reported by Bloomberg.
It is specified that the woman actively supported the policy of the Swiss government in the field of armaments, which, in her opinion, contradicted the desire of European countries to help Kyiv.
In addition, it is noted that Beck called on Germany and Spain to ignore the possible veto of her country on the re-export of weapons.
It is worth noting that in the fall of 2022, Switzerland may agree to the sale of Leopard 2A4 tanks to Berlin, which are currently not in use.
