According to the committee, the vehicle of the State Border Protection Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Lithuania drove into the territory of Belarus “at a distance of up to five meters.” After that, he turned around and drove back into the territory of Lithuania.
“The Belarusian side informed the border commissioner of the Lithuanian Republic of the Vilnius section in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Lithuania about the regime of the Belarusian-Lithuanian state border,” the committee said in a statement.

Belarus deals with these facts in accordance with the criminal procedure legislation, the committee stressed.
