The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, addressed a letter to the Chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, due to the fact that some deputies organize public raids on liqueurs and involve the media in this. Writes about this RBC.
He noted that the police do not supervise trade, and that there is now a moratorium on unscheduled inspections of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. However, some parliamentarians ignore the ban and continue to organize raids. Kolkoltsev cited as an example the November raid of deputy Biysultan Khamzaev, who participated in a purchase at one of the retail outlets together with the film crew of the “Vesti – Duty Unit” program.
The letter was sent in early December to all members of parliament from United Russia.
