The female lieutenant colonel did not admit her guilt, saying that her subordinates slandered her for her difficult character.

The employee of the investigative department received the reward by mistake: she had a disciplinary sanction, and she could not qualify for an incentive. She decided to distribute the bonus among her colleagues, but her boss intervened in the division process. She demanded that the bonus be transferred to her account, promising that otherwise she would have trouble at work. The investigator was forced to comply. Having made the transaction, she wrote to the lieutenant colonel on WhatsApp “I transferred to you for the combination,” for which she received a heart-shaped emoticon in response.
The list of the lieutenant colonel’s sins did not end there. Since some investigators did not have time to complete the investigation of some crimes on time, she independently prepared materials on the completion of the investigation, although in fact the cases were still in progress. For such fast work, the subordinates received bonuses, which they also shared with the manager.
The head of the investigation did not admit her guilt. She explained that her subordinates did not like her for her demanding nature, and conflicts sometimes arose in the department. At some point, she even had to move out of the apartment she rented with a colleague. The lieutenant colonel considered all the accusations to be the machinations of employees. However, the Zelenograd court sentenced her to 2.5 years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 2 years and a fine in the amount of 10 times the bribe.
