The head of the Rylsky district of the Kursk region, bordering with Ukraine, Andrei Lisman asked residents not to spread rumors about the evacuation of the population to Tambov or other settlements allegedly planned in the coming days.
“According to the information of the leadership of the military group of the Russian army in the territory of the Rylsk region, there are currently no large-scale threats to our region. The ukrofascists need panic among us to destabilize the situation,” wrote Mr. Lisman in Telegram channel.
Tambov is located far from the Rylsky district: the road from the regional center to it can take eight hours, while, for example, to Moscow, it takes seven.

Earlier, for example, the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kursk region called a fake message about a wound in the regional center of a person who lifted an unfamiliar object from the ground.
