The GTO festival took place in Valdai

The Festival of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (GTO) was held at the Physical Culture and Sports Center of the city of Valdai. This was reported in the press service of the administration of the Valdai municipal district.
Employees of the district administration and the Valdai sports school took part in the event. The competition program included shooting tests, push-ups, lifting the torso from a lying position and bending forward from a standing position.
The best results were demonstrated by members of the “Administration” team, the second place was taken by the Valdai Secondary School MAUDO, and the third by the “Russia” team. The winners and prize-winners of the competition were awarded cups and certificates of honor.
Previously “MK in Veliky Novgorod” reportedthat the family sports festival “GTO with Mom” was held in Pestov.
