The mixed martial arts tournament is called “Battle for Tula” and continues the long-standing tradition of such MMA competitions in the arms capital of Russia.
Participants of the “Battle for Tula” met on Thursday evening at the “Maxi” shopping center. The competition for MMA masters began with a battle of views.
During the sterdown, the athletes got to know each other and looked intently into each other’s eyes. Both the organizers and MMA fans present at the event wished the fighters good luck.
Vladimir Lavrukhin will participate in the “Battle for Tula” for the second time. His father is now in the SVO zone, beating the Nazis. The athlete said that he would dedicate the victory to his defender.
“I’m very glad that everything is fine with my father. I keep in touch with him. He’s doing great, and I can’t let him down,” the athlete emphasized.
Our fellow countryman, champion of the Central Federal District in MMA, master of sports of Russia will compete in the main fight of the evening Tigran Hovhannisyan and the representative of Tajikistan Pavriz Abdulnazarov.
From “Tiger,” who has never lost in the Tula cage before, everyone expects the same convincing victory as before.
“You know, nothing else is given. We go into the cage to win. They are waiting, they will get a victory, of course. There was a small injury, but no one is protected from this. Now everything is fine. This is our job, our favorite thing,” said fighter.
Tigran’s opponent is a student of the Sambo-70 school.
“We will try. We are in a fighting mood, as always. We will try to show a beautiful fight so that the audience will like it,” Pavriz said, answering a question about his fight scenario.
The athlete called Tula a pleasant city, and Tula residents good, good-natured people.
