The Russian national football team has begun preparations for the opening matches of 2024. Once again, goalkeeper Sergei Pesyakov, who plays in the Mir-RPL for Rostov, was left without a call to the Russian national team. In the fall, Sergei often made mistakes and sat on the bench even at the club, but he started the spring very well and helped his team win two victories in a row in the championship.
The Russian national team will play its next friendly matches on March 21 and 25. First, Valery Karpin’s team will meet with Serbia, and then Paraguay.
