Rescheduled from February 17, the Governor’s Cup of the Kursk Region in cross-country skiing will take place on March 2 in the regional center. The competition starts at 10:00 on the territory of the Arena sports school, located on Park Solyanka street.
“Music, a quiz, and a field kitchen await all athletes and their fans,” noted the regional administration.
Participants of the youngest age group will be the first to enter the starting line. There will be 12 of them in total. One winner will be determined in each race.
Athletes can choose distances to cover according to their strength – from 1 to 10 kilometers. Applications for participation can be submitted until 17:00 on March 1 on the website orgeo.ru.
