The Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that the head of the State Autonomous Inspectorate of Sevastopol, which was going to buy a Citroen car for officials for 12 million rubles, had resigned. “Purchase cancelled. The head of the institution has resigned. Those who prepared these decisions for him will also follow him,” Mr. Razvozhaev wrote in his Telegram channel.
