The governor criticized colleagues who announced the completion of the mobilization: “There are no” waves “

The conversation turned out to be all the more substantive because the discussion was attended not only by political experts, but also by the heads of four constituent entities of the Federation – the Kirov, Kostroma, Nizhny Novgorod regions and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The tone of the discussion was set by the moderator of the “round table” director of the department of regional programs of the EISI Daria Kislitsyna: “Decisions of the subjects of the Federation are again at the forefront of the political agenda today. The regional level of government – the closest to the people – accumulates a real public demand in the context of mobilization. tools for the functioning of society and the political system in the new conditions”.

The heads of the regions shared their experience in solving problems that arise during the mobilization. An impressive picture of the care that surrounds the families of the mobilized was painted by the head of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov. Here is a list of only the main support measures.

Minor children of mobilized citizens enjoy free travel on municipal transport. Compensation for visiting municipal and private kindergartens has been introduced. Children attending schools receive free meals: on the first shift – breakfast, on the second – lunch. In addition, children of military personnel can attend circles and sections free of charge, operating in state municipal organizations, as well as in sports organizations subordinate to the regional Ministry of Sports.

Members of military families can also attend various cultural events free of charge: performances, exhibitions, competitions, festivals. And next year, those who return from the front and their families will be able to relax and receive treatment for free in sanatoriums and resorts in the Kirov region.

And that is not all. “In addition, a bill is being prepared now, I am sending it to the regional legislative assembly, on the issue of exempting all military personnel from transport tax for the duration of a special military operation,” the governor announced.

Similar support programs operate in other subjects of the Federation. “Each family of the mobilized should be surrounded by attention, – the head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aisen Nikolaev outlined the priorities of the authorities of the region. – Each individually. Up to the point that, we think, we will be responsible for individual families.”

Aisen Nikolaev considers dialogue with society to be another important priority, since mobilization is an extremely painful issue: “This is a shock for society, and everything is new for the authorities.” At the same time, the head of the republic warned, the dialogue should be conducted directly with the families of military personnel: one should not “read blogs” and pay attention to “all sorts of rallies.” According to Nikolaev, protest actions are actually attended by people who, by and large, have nothing to do with the families of servicemen.

Nikolaev spoke about his experience of communicating with the wives and mothers of military personnel: “Their experiences, their pain, their fears help us get feedback. During the meeting, a number of problematic issues came to light.” Among these problems is the procedure for mobilization. “It’s all over the country,” the head of the republic stressed. “It’s absolutely obvious that a very serious reformatting of the work of the military registration and enlistment offices, and the interaction of military registration and enlistment offices with authorities, and, in general, the procedure for military registration, is required here.”

Other problems emerged during this dialogue. “There were concerns about uniforms, supplies, and medicines,” the head of the republic said. “There were questions about wages, loans …” Another important issue that needs to be addressed, Aisen Nikolaev considers psychological support for the families of the mobilized. It, he noted, is required “even by seemingly prosperous people who do not need particularly additional payments.”

Kostroma Governor Sergei Sitnikov is in complete agreement with the need for such support. It is especially needed today by those families who received “funerals”. “We very clearly felt the feelings of those people who died or went missing – unfortunately, there are also such people – husbands, sons,” the head of the region said. “We felt that these people need a very good psychological support. And I am grateful today To the council of the mothers of Afghan soldiers, who, as they say, hugged, hugged the relatives of the dead servicemen, shared the pain with them … People are starting to feel not alone.”

Nevertheless, the mood of the Kostroma conscripts is cheerful, the governor assured: “The conscripts, today already military personnel, are absolutely normal about the tasks that they will have to perform in the near future … We see the same thing today when we have to accept loads of “two hundredths”, bury our fellow countrymen. There are no reactive reactions during the funeral. And we very often hear from young men: “Friend, sleep well, we will take revenge. Today, the best qualities of the Russian people are beginning to emerge. Therefore, I am deeply convinced: we will win and we will live in peace.”

All heads of regions who took part in the round table touched upon the problem of providing for the mobilized themselves. “The Ministry of Defense provides uniforms and the minimum of weapons that are required in the relevant circumstances,” Nizhny Novgorod Governor Gleb Nikitin said, in particular. “But it was immediately clear that people needed much more.”

According to Nikitin, the list of equipment that the region provides Nizhny Novgorod conscripts with the help of a responding regional business is very wide: from clothing sets, raincoats and mobile bathhouses to quadrocopters and thermal imagers.

But, perhaps, the experience of Kostroma residents is even more impressive in this respect. According to Sergei Sitnikov, the region has long patronized two military units stationed in Kostroma – the 331st Guards Airborne Regiment and the 1065th Guards Artillery Regiment. Since the beginning of the special military operation, these formations have received more than 150 tons of various material and technical equipment from Kostroma.

“Thermal imaging sights, radio stations, generators, various kinds of electronics, drone tracking systems, the drones themselves for conducting reconnaissance work,” the governor scrupulously listed the range of these supplies. “All servicemen were twice provided with summer and demi-season uniforms, shoes, sleeping bags, medicines.. .”

By the way, the governor of Kostroma also gave an answer to the question that concerns many Russians: can they be called up for mobilization after the head of the region announced its completion?

“In my opinion, heads of regions should not make such statements,” Sergei Sitnikov said. During the mobilization activities, he explained, mistakes were made. Some called-ups have to be returned – both for medical reasons, and due to the fact that these are workers of rare specialties, who have no one to notice. “And if we take someone out of the system of training and coordination of combat units, we, of course, must replace these people with new conscripts,” the governor continued his thought.

Therefore, Sitnikov does not understand colleagues who speak in the spirit: “That’s it, it’s over now – and goodbye.” “There are no ‘waves’,” the head of the Kostroma region concluded. “There is constant work that will require effort and, of course, mind.”
