For these purposes, 10 scholarships for university students for 15 thousand rubles a month and 10 scholarships for graduate students for 20 thousand rubles a month are provided.
Candidates for scholarships, as noted in the message, will be nominated by academic councils of educational organizations. According to the results of the competitive selection, the final decision on scholarship holders will be made by the Ministry of Education and Science. The competition commission, in turn, will consist of representatives of the ministry, interested organizations, authoritative experts, as well as undergraduate and graduate students who are not candidates for scholarships.
Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to establish a scholarship named after an outstanding Soviet designer. Cash payments will be financed within the framework of the state program “Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation.”
