The unemployment rate in Russia is minimal: there are many vacancies, but there are no people willing to work. At the same time, the state increased pressure on migrant workers. Foreigners are checked, fined, deported. On the one hand, the authorities care about internal security, which is gratifying. On the other hand, a legitimate question arises: “who will work in construction, in taxis and in the service sector in general in Russia.” My own strength is sorely lacking.
What to do in such a situation? For what specific enterprises does the country absolutely need migrants? How to organize work with foreign workers and reduce the shadow component? How to transfer migrant workers into the legal field?
