The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of July, the official said.
The head of the Crimean parliament said that the authorities would “calculate to the penny” the damage caused to Crimea and the inhabitants of the peninsula by Ukraine as a result of the water blockade. Konstantinov stressed that everything possible would be done to collect compensation from Kyiv.
