On June 26, 2023, a meeting of the commission on state accreditation of regional sports federations was held at the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Penza Region.
The members of the commission considered two public organizations that received accreditation for 4 years.
The Federation of Tug of War of the Penza Region, founded in 2016 and headed by President Afrikanov Veniamin Viktorovich, received accreditation for the second time.
In turn, the Federation of Physical Sports (Functional-Digital Sports) of the Penza Region, which was established in March 2023 and is headed by President Dmitry Alexandrovich Morgunov, received accreditation for the first time.
