Former Serbian referee Milorad Majic became the head of the refereeing department of the Russian Football Union. informs press office RFS. Milorad Majic is one of the most famous Serbian referees. He was part of the judging team at two World Championships (2014 and 2018). Behind him are many European Cup finals. He is the only Serbian specialist who happened to officiate the Champions League final in the recent history of the tournament.

Together with Mazhic, his assistant Dalibor Dzhurdzhevich will fill up the headquarters. Serb will take the position of deputy head of the refereeing department. The main goal of Dzhurdzhevich is to improve the quality of the VAR system.
