In accordance with the first document, employers will be required to keep their jobs for mobilized citizens. After serving, it will be possible to return to the same job and take the same position. The employment contract with the employee will not be terminated, it will be suspended for a while.
The second document provides all mobilized credit holidays – this applies to both consumer and mortgage loans. The mobilized participants in the special operation, after the entry into force of the law, will be able to suspend the fulfillment of their obligations under a loan or loan agreement.
