Russian statesman and politician, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev joked in his Telegram channel that the American businessman Elon Musk “can be given an extraordinary title.”
This is how Medvedev reacted to the words of Mask that Russia has superior resources over Ukraine and that Kyiv will not be able to defeat Moscow in a full-scale war.
