How informs Andrey Klishas, chairman of the committee of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation on constitutional legislation and state building, in an interview with journalists admitted that restrictions could be imposed on Russians who left the Russian Federation in order to avoid partial mobilization, the Vedomosti newspaper.
“Many have fled, but continue to work in Russian companies remotely. Can we change the law, … limit the schemes that allow people to work abroad and receive money from here? We can,” the parliamentarian said.
He also added that at present it is rather difficult to track whether such a category of citizens pays taxes.
