The FBI refused to comment on sending drug cartels from Latin America to Kyiv
The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) refused to comment on the statement of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) about the transfer of drug cartels from South America to Ukraine.
An official representative of the American agency simply replied: “The FBI will not comment.”
Earlier, the SVR press service stated that the first group of several hundred Mexicans and Colombians would be sent from the United States to the combat zone in Ukraine in the summer.
Representatives of the Russian department emphasized that if the experiment with replenishing the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with Latin American drug dealers succeeds, the program will be expanded to include criminals from other countries. However, it is noted that the recruitment process through negotiations with drug cartels, without whose consent not a single criminal will agree to work with the American authorities, is very difficult.
