Growing a number of plants in the country can lead to a fine, said lawyer Vladimir Komsolev.
Speaking on Sputnik radio, he noted that poppy and hemp are banned, which can be used as raw materials for the manufacture of drugs. He pointed out that the cultivation of such plants is directly prohibited by law.
He also recalled that they can be fined for growing any crops for sale. The amount of the fine will be 300-500 rubles.
In addition, summer residents are required to destroy cow parsnip in their plots, and if this is not done, then a fine may threaten – for example, up to 5 thousand rubles in the Moscow region.
