The expert assessed the reports of “black transplantologists” in Ukraine

– Vladimir Semyonovich, did the flow of human organs really come from the Ukrainian battlefields?

– It’s scary to talk about it, but, alas, since February 2022, information has been constantly received from Ukraine that a large amount of medical equipment, including containers for transporting human organs, is being delivered to units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, there is evidence that “black transplantologists” are already actively removing human organs from dead, wounded and even healthy people. Healthy people, that is, donors, are Russian prisoners of war or their own civilians who happened to be at the wrong time, but in a very necessary place. Well, no luck.

– Where do the bodies go?

– Burning – the experience of Auschwitz or, say, Dachau, has not been canceled. And Bandera are the direct heirs of Hitler. There is information about mobile crematoria for the destruction of the remains of people whose organs are removed.

There is every reason to believe that networks of “black” medical business have blossomed in Ukraine under the cover of international humanitarian organizations. The facts of illegal removal of human organs under the cover of the SBU and the Armed Forces of Ukraine were documented back in 2014 during the military-civil conflict in the Donbass.

The Ukrainian authorities have prepared all the conditions for the work of “black transplantologists” operating under the guise of a well-known medical non-governmental organization on the territory of Ukraine. They adopted all the necessary and relevant regulations and laws for unhindered work in the country. Of course, at first everything looked quite decent.

Let me remind you that the non-governmental humanitarian organization in question was invented by doctors who provided humanitarian assistance in Africa in 1967. Today it is an international movement, which involves more than 63 thousand people in about 70 countries of the world.

– Well, at first glance, well done. And when did it become clear that there could be “wrong” doctors among them?

– Immediately after the war in Kosovo, which took place in 1998-1999. Even then, PACE deputy Dick Marty stated that this organization “was engaged in completely opposite activities from the declared ones.” He made this conclusion in his report “Inhuman treatment of people and illegal trade in human organs in Kosovo”, where he scrupulously proved the involvement of this NGO in trafficking in human organs. Then the name of Bernard Kouchner surfaced – as the organizer of the trade in human organs in Kosovo and today already in Ukraine. This is an interesting character. Bernard Kouchner was born in 1939 in Avignon, France. He is a French doctor and diplomat at the same time. He was French Foreign Minister from 2007 to 2010.

UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan appointed Kouchner in July 1999 as the first Special Representative and head of the UN Transitional Administration in Kosovo, where he helped establish a local civil administration. And now – attention: according to the Serbian newspaper Kurier, the Albanian leadership was “involved” in the trade in human organs with the “blessing of Bernard Kouchner.” In general, Kushner is a special, Western “edition” of Professor Preobrazhensky. Moreover, unlike Bulgakov’s professor, he is not driven by the motives of pure science.

– Can you trust a Serbian newspaper that is initially opposed to the West?

– It’s as you please. But there are facts that are a stubborn thing. In March 2015, Bernard Kouchner took part in the creation of the Agency for the Modernization of Ukraine, and was also appointed curator of one of the reform areas, leading a team that developed a plan for the modernization of Ukraine’s healthcare. It was then that the time came, favorable for “black transplantologists.”

– What did it look like?

– Against the backdrop of a pandemic – effectively. First, there was a sharp drop in the number of organ transplants performed worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It reached 40% depending, of course, on the organ. Such data were published in the journal Lancet Public Health and presented in June 2021 at the Congress of the European Society for Organ Transplantation in Milan. And then there was a sharp leap – science suddenly took a sharp step forward. That happens.

– What’s the jump?

– In order to understand all this, let’s digress a little from the “killer doctors” and talk about such a truly noble and necessary branch of medicine as transplantation. In a review dated February 4 last year on ClinicssonCall’s Transplantation Abroad: Overview of Organ Transplant Countries 2022, it was noted that “Human organ transplantation used to be more science fiction. Today, however, medicine has overcome technical and immuno-genetic barriers, making successful internal organ transplants accessible.”

Unfortunately, the need for organ donors is much higher than the number of people who actually donate. Every day in the US alone, 21 people die while waiting for an organ, and more than 100,000 men, women and children are waiting for vital organ transplants.

What organs and tissues can be transplanted?

– Many. These are the liver, kidney, pancreas, heart, lung, intestines, corneas, middle ear, skin, bone, bone marrow, heart valves, connective tissue. And also – vascularized composite allografts (grafting of several structures, which may include skin, uterus, bone, muscles, blood vessels, nerves and connective tissue).

In fact, new technologies allow you to disassemble a person completely, like a Lego constructor. Moreover, a person disassembled for parts is more expensive than a whole person. The only question is where to get these spare parts and where the assembly shops are located.

– And where are people, so to speak, mounted?

– The most powerful and successful “workshops” are located in four countries – Turkey, India, Israel and South Korea. Such a rating of countries and clinics where donor organs are successfully and timely transplanted was compiled by experts from the Clinics On Call service.

– Hard to believe. Have they surpassed Germany or, say, the vaunted Switzerland?

– Surpassed. Thus, Turkey has become one of the most developed countries where organ transplants are carried out, and in particular, cross-organ transplantation. What is the essence of this technique? Medical indications are necessary for the “organ exchange” between the donor and the recipient. Not always a relative may be suitable for the role of a donor due to genetic or other indicators. In this case, another family with similar problems is selected. If the donor of one family is compatible with the patient of another family and vice versa, the organ transplant will be successful. In one of the medical centers, organ transplants were performed for seven couples at once (that is, 14 people were operated on simultaneously, of which 7 people are recipients, and the other 7 are donors). This type of transplant is considered a breakthrough in medicine, as it allows you to avoid a long wait and help more people. However, only about 5% of cross-transplants are performed so far. But Turkish experts hope that the widespread use of cross-transplantation will allow them to successfully save human lives, without long waiting times and queues at the transplant bank.

Indian medicine is also highly developed in the field of transplantation. Patients from all over the world come to this country for organ transplants. Separately, we can note the clinic in Mumbai, where the liver, kidneys, pancreas, bone marrow, heart, and lungs are transplanted. More than 1,500 surgeries have already been performed at the Global Hospital. According to the clinic itself, 87% of transplants are successful, and in 95% of cases, after liver replacement, the organ takes root well in the patient.

Israel is also an innovator in the field of innovative medical techniques, which are used throughout the world. The clinics of this country successfully perform organ transplant operations.

And South Korea is the world leader in liver transplant success rates – 97% of successful operations are performed in medical centers for patients from all over the world. At the same time, the number of liver transplants from a donor is the highest in the world – 1364 per 1,000,000 people.

– And how much does such an operation cost?

– Judge for yourself. In Turkey, kidney – from $18,000, liver – from $60,000, allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) – from $87,000, autologous BMT – from $40,000.

In India, the liver – from $ 40 thousand, the kidney – from $ 14,000, the lungs – from $ 50,000, the heart – from $ 70,000, the installation of an LVAD (artificial heart) – from $ 120,000.

In South Korea, a kidney – from $60,000, bone marrow transplantation from -$40,000, a liver – from $110,000.

– Profitable business. But it is not enough to remove and transplant the desired organ. It still needs to be delivered to the operating room safe and sound!

– What I’m talking about – science has rushed forward sharply. The system for preserving donor organs has changed. Previously, the only way to preserve a donor organ was to place it in the cold (on ice), in a state where vital processes were suspended. But now you can transport organs as if they do not leave the body, continue to work in the same way as in the body.

Although cold reduces the degree of damage to the organ during transportation, negative changes still occur. The longer the shipping takes, the more damage. Until now, there was only one way out – hurry, hurry and hurry again.

– What changed?

– The American company Transmedics has revolutionized the transportation of organs. Instead of ice – heating. Of course, not simple. The point is that the organ “didn’t notice” the change of owner. And from the moment when the organ is removed from the donor, until the moment when the surgeon begins to implant it in the recipient, it continues to function as if it never left the body. All this time, the organ has been working in the most complex machine that replaces a person for it.

Just imagine: those waiting for a heart transplant are beating, the kidneys are producing urine, and the liver is producing bile! Warm blood flows through them. Everything is like inside the body. This is the so-called blockchain technology.

The method of delivery of organs has also been improved. Recently, experts from a research institute in Toronto demonstrated this possibility on a regular basis using drones. The researchers rightly assume that their developments will significantly reduce the time of delivery of organs for transplantation: in densely populated areas, the transportation of valuable cargo by traditional transport can take longer due to traffic jams and unforeseen delays. A drone can fly right over traffic jams. In addition, drones can be used where there are no helipads in hospitals.

– Here it is, happiness. But it, happiness, is not comprehensive and unpunished. Therefore, let us return to the “black transplantologists”. Surely they stuck to noble and useful technologies?

– And how! Moreover, the money laundering scheme here is exactly the same as in the circulation of drugs and weapons. Blockchain, as a decentralized technology, allows you to synchronize data and records in a distributed network and operate beyond territorial boundaries and “above” national jurisdictions. “Black transplantologists” and carriers of human organs, in the presence of pre-prepared documents, become practically invulnerable.

And, as usual, mafia structures always quickly adapt the latest scientific achievements to suit themselves. Including the use of drones to transport organs. But another thing is scary – where they will take these organs from.

– Do you think that this terrible “harvest” will be collected in Ukraine?

– There are all prerequisites for this. If (or when?) Ukrainian Nazis completely seize power and build concentration camps for all those who disagree with their regime, then, unlike the German Nazis, they will not simply poison with gas and burn those who disagree in ovens. They will turn their concentration camps into factories for dissecting people into organs and tissues. And then a completely different, terrible meaning will take on a nursery rhyme: “Stick, stick, cucumber, here comes the little man.”

And their patrons in the US and Europe will help them in every possible way in this, both technologically and informationally. Nothing personal just business.

And what to do with all this horror?

– Since we are talking about medical practice, there is a reliable, proven recipe. My friends from the special forces of the Airborne Forces (although they are not doctors, but there are many convinced humanists and, in general, true philanthropists) strongly recommend their patients – terrorists, Ukronazis and other murderers – to thickly smear their foreheads with brilliant green.

– Why?

– Purely for the purpose of medical prevention. So that the bullet, entering their brain, inadvertently does not bring the infection.
