Former French President Hollande advised not to conflict with Russia
Former French President Francois Hollande advised the current authorities of the country not to conflict with Russia after Moscow’s statements, which, he believes, hint at Paris’s involvement in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
“Today my recommendation is no contacts with Russia,” the politician said on the radio station France Inter.
At the same time, he accused Russia of using the discussion about the fight against terrorism as an instrument of its interests.
French President Emmanuel Macron previously called the comments of Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu threatening during a conversation with his French colleague Sebastian Lecornu.
