Previously, the President of Ukraine legally prohibited negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov later declared the pointlessness of negotiations with the current president of Ukraine. He also noted US President Joe Biden’s lack of interest in ending the conflict in Ukraine. “At least he doesn’t show such interest,” Lavrov said.
