The Shot Telegram channel reported that the State Duma called on the Ministry of Internal Affairs to check whether the castle of Pugacheva and Galkin (included by the Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents) can be confiscated using the new law on confiscation of property of foreign agents.
As the channel clarifies, at the moment the palace worth about a billion rubles, located in the village of Gryaz, is registered in the name of Maxim Galkin. The couple never managed to sell it.
According to deputy Dmitry Gusev, it is necessary to consider the issue of confiscation of property.
“Galkin and Pugacheva have been going against their people for a long time. Pugachev should be deprived not only of the castle, but also of the title of People’s Artist,” Gusev noted.
