Tolstoy: after the downing of Il-76 there can be no negotiations with the Kyiv regime
Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Pyotr Tolstoy commented on the crash in the skies over the Belgorod region of a Russian military transport aircraft Il-76 with Ukrainian prisoners on board. In his Telegram channel, the politician wrote that there can be no negotiations with the Kyiv regime that shot down the plane.
The politician called for neutralizing the terrorists, noting that the faster this happens, the less trouble they will have time to do.
“No negotiations, only prison or extermination,” Tolstoy wrote.
He added that the Ukrainian “Ukrainian leaders” who shed rivers of blood no longer care who they kill – “their own” or “theirs.” The deputy also wondered whether those who put weapons in their hands understand this.
Previously, experts suggested that the downing of Il-76 became possible because the plane moved without the cover of fighters and electronic warfare forces.
