The draft resolution on the unified register of conscripts has disappeared from the website regulation.gov

The draft resolution on the unified register of military registration, which the Ministry of Digital Development posted on the Federal Portal of Regulatory Legal Acts (regulation.gov.ru) today, May 5, has been deleted. Link on the draft resolution now leads to a non-existent page.

According to “RIA News”, which gives a link to the project in the database, the registry was supposed to be created by July 1 and tested by the end of 2023. From 2024, the register was going to be put into operation, and fully used (already in military registration and enlistment offices) – from January 1, 2025.

The law on the unified register of military records was adopted by the State Duma on April 11. In a single database of recruits, the creation of which is stipulated by the document, there will be personal and passport data of a person liable for military service, TIN and SNILS number, place of registration and place of actual residence, information about the presence of foreign citizenship or a residence permit, information about the place of work, education and state of health.

Part of this information, according to the approved standards, the employer will have to transfer to the military registration and enlistment office (from where they will go to the base). Another part will be transferred by the Federal Tax Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, registry offices, institutions of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education, and courts.
