A curfew has been introduced in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). It will operate on weekdays from 23:00 to 04:00. Corresponding decree signed by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin on September 18. The document came into force on the date of publication – September 24.
“On the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, there is a ban on citizens being on the streets and in other public places every week from Monday to Friday from 23:00 to 04:00,” the document says. During the curfew period, the movement of public and private transport is also limited in the absence of special permission.
All citizens are prohibited from being on the street during curfew, with the exception of security officials, as well as some enterprises, in particular those ensuring the uninterrupted supply of food and the restoration of populated areas.
