The return of Azov commanders from Istanbul (the organization is extremist and terrorist, banned in the Russian Federation) will not be able to have a significant impact on the battlefield and will only have a media effect. This statement was made by Jan Gagin, adviser to the acting governor of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
“These people have already shown how they know how to fight – they know how to fight badly. Therefore, the few people transferred to Zelensky, who are smaller than the department in terms of numbers, will not be able to seriously strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine in their offensive, ”said Pushilin’s adviser.
A day earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Turkey, where he met with his counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan. After the visit, he went back to Ukraine along with the Azov commanders. In turn, Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov, commenting on this situation, noted that this is a violation of previously concluded agreements.
