Fans of the work of the People’s Artist of Russia Alexander Rosenbaum are worried about his health. On March 13, he entered the Krasnoyarsk emergency hospital named after Karpovich, where the 71-year-old singer was urgently operated on. The day before, Rosenbaum held a creative evening for the employees of the penitentiary system of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and congratulated them on their professional holiday, and immediately after that gave a concert. As it became known to MK, the artist’s leg hurt during performances, but he tried to hide it. Although he was already limping on stage.

Being a strong person by nature, and in the past an ambulance doctor, resuscitator, Alexander Yakovlevich tried not to disturb others and was treated himself, even gave himself injections. But at the GUFSIN dispensary, his medical colleague noticed that the artist was limping, examined his leg and ordered him to urgently go to the hospital. Rosenbaum agreed.

“After the examination (it was already at midnight on March 13), it was immediately clear that the singer had a blood clot, the operation was first prescribed in the regional hospital, but then it was transferred to the emergency hospital,” said a source in medical circles. Rosenbaum was immediately transferred to this hospital. Once again, the examination was carried out. The thrombus was confirmed. An emergency operation was scheduled, which was successful. Lasted about an hour. Everything is fast. Now the state of the people’s artist is good and nothing threatens his health and life.

“He is doing well now, I hope he is undergoing rehabilitation after the operation,” the doctor on duty told MK. – I am sure that everything will be fine with the health of our beloved singer. We have everything that is needed (medication, etc.), the patient receives treatment in full. He is treated very well here, however, like all our patients. And what they write now on the Internet, that, they say, nurses, medical staff come to him to take a picture together, this is not true.

He will be discharged in a few days, but when exactly, we cannot say. In addition to this patient, I now have at least 45 more people in the vascular surgery department, and they also bring them by ambulance. And all day today, all I do is answer questions from various media, departments and everything else. A lot of people call and ask about Rosenbaum. Two strong men stand near his ward and do not let anyone in to see him. The day after tomorrow, if you want to visit him, the administration will agree on this and please come!
