For those who intend to lose excess weight, the optimal breakfast is an omelet and avocado toast, said endocrinologist and gastroenterologist Dilyara Lebedeva.
According to her, preparing such a breakfast does not take much time, and it is quite filling.
“For an ideal breakfast, one egg, a couple of slices of cheese, yeast-free bread, avocado, green leaves, and seeds or nuts are suitable. It’s better to put cheese in an omelet, and put avocado and herbs on toast,” she said.
According to the doctor, after eating such a breakfast, those losing weight will forget about the feeling of hunger for a long time.
Lebedeva also noted that with breakfast a person should receive the entire necessary set of substances – protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats.

Melnikova recommended supplementing your diet with sweet potatoes and whole grains – barley, oats or quinoa. They also contain fiber, which helps with digestion. The nutritionist also advised choosing fresh fruits and vegetables instead of processed or refined options. She also urged people to avoid white bread and sugary cereals.
