The authorities of the Belgorod region decided to allow the opening of shopping centers that had previously suspended work due to Ukrainian shelling.
The head of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced this on Saturday in his telegram channel. According to the Belgorod governor, not all shopping centers will be able to resume work now, but only those that have brickwork and are “sealed with film.”
In addition, the personnel of opening trade enterprises must be trained in first aid skills. “In the next two days we will conduct a tour of these organizations and see how true the owners’ statements are,” added Vyacheslav Gladkov.
The head of the region also clarified that schoolchildren in border municipalities plus Belgorod and the Yakovlevsky urban district will spend the fourth quarter in distance learning. In the rest of the region, the full-time form will remain. In addition, the work of clubs and sections in the 30-kilometer border zone is prohibited.
