The doctor named the reasons for early gray hair

In an interview for Sputnik radio, trichologist Yulia Nagaitseva identified three main reasons for the appearance of gray hair in young people. According to the specialist, early gray hair, which occurs before the age of 25, can be caused not only by physiological changes, but also by other factors.
The doctor noted that a deficiency of iron, copper, zinc, B vitamins, a genetic factor, as well as stressful situations can lead to early gray hair. At the same time, Nagaitseva emphasized that the process of graying can sometimes be slowed down, especially if the cause is not related to genetics, but, for example, to a lack of certain vitamins and minerals in the diet.
The specialist recommends consulting a doctor at the first signs of gray hair. If you identify problems with pigmentation that are caused not by genetic characteristics, but by external factors, you can supplement your diet with certain vitamins and minerals.
