Another scandal with a teacher who could not restrain his emotions and attacked a student erupted in Nizhny Novgorod. Foreign language teacher Violetta Safonova got on a video in which she, leaning over her desk, grabs clothes and spanks a teenage student. All around there is laughter, obscene language and cries: “What are you doing? Oh, poor poor!” However, the hit man himself laughs and does not look unhappy.

It turned out that before the start of filming, the seventh-graders had fun in the lesson: they called names, then they started throwing either slime or chewed paper, and hit the teacher on the head. Which caused her to have a violent reaction.

The incident is said to have been verified. The deputy governor and the department of education came to the defense of the teacher. Like, the teacher Safonova wrote an explanatory note, they talked with the parents – the incident is over. Personally, Deputy Governor Melik-Guseinov wrote in his account about “the wonderful teacher Violetta Nikolaevna, who has already reproached herself a thousand times.” Wu mentioned in vain belts and rods, which, alas, cannot be applied today to students “to show understanding.”

Then some “clear head” decided to combine the 31st “correction school” and the school on Zaitsev, plus one more school, into one, No. 79. And where do you get the money from? Former 31 lies in ruins, one might say. It really looks like an “abandoned house”, and the smell in the toilet is like in a bum. None of normal families send their children there. But many with disabilities study there, according to old memory, there are also various specialists, speech therapists and others, there is a class for autists, etc. I understand that the video was recorded there, in the third building. And the teacher came to replace, usually she does not work there.

According to the school No. 79, the teenager, the hero of the video, is registered with the PDN. As for the “abandoned” building, parents of students periodically write to the city hall of Nizhny Novgorod with the question: when is the repair? And they receive the following answers: “Today, in order to bring the facade of the building to the normative state, at least 30,000,000.00 rubles are needed, such repairs are possible only as part of the overhaul program for the entire building, currently the building of the 3rd building of the school is being overhauled No. 79 is not planned.”

She has 5 years of teaching experience, behind the shoulders of the local Institute of Foreign Languages, specializing in “languages ​​and cultures”. A new employee came to this school only in 2021. That is, most likely, she is a teacher of a new type, and it is not for nothing that the children talk about her democratic nature. And teachers of the old school, who are also quite a few at school, we have an authoritarian approach. To be honest – yelling, intimidating, punishing is considered the norm. Children get used to this style, to pressure, to raise their voice. And Democrat teachers are not taken seriously.

We recently had a story like this at school. From the tough teacher of the old school, a class graduated, and went haywire. For a whole year they tried to calm them down, two class teachers changed. They also made noise, and threw papers, drew some posters, played on phones, argued with teachers in class. To a young mathematician who told his parents that he would not take away their phones because it violated personal boundaries, the children said in a direct test: “We are not afraid of you and therefore we do not respect you.” Perhaps the same thing happened here. Children in the former correctional school used to be afraid. And the teacher who does not build them, does not shout, they are not afraid, and they began to “bring it up” for the sake of entertainment.
