CAS will rule on Valieva’s case on January 29
On January 29, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne will make its decision on the doping case of Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva. USA Today journalist Christine Brennan reported this on social networks, citing sources.
“According to my information, the long-awaited decision in the case of Kamila Valieva will be made on Monday (January 29),” he wrote.
Brennan noted that almost two years have passed since the Beijing Olympics, during which it became known about the figure skater’s positive doping test.
Earlier, the media wrote that the decision would be made public before February 12.
