The Tverskoy Court of Moscow placed crime boss Andrey Voznesensky (Khobot, or Andrey Pitersky) under house arrest in the case of occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy. This was reported to RIA Novosti in court.
“The court chose Voznesensky a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest. The decision has entered into force,” the court said. Under the criminal article “Occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy”, imprisonment for a period of 8 to 15 years is provided.
Andrei Voznesensky, 62, previously had the surname Belyaev. He is also called Khobot and Andrei Pitersky. April this year “Moscow’s comsomolets” referring to the Prime Crime agency, he reported that Andrei Voznesensky was released early due to vision problems from a colony in Udmurtia, where he had to serve six and a half years of special regime for attempted fraud on an especially large scale.
According to the investigation, Andrey Voznesensky proposed to the head of the Tula company SpetsServis Plus, which was engaged in cleaning premises and territories, to “solve” its problems with taxes. Such services of the Voznesensky structure were estimated at 19 million rubles. When transferring money on April 3, 2020, he was detained by FSB officers. He was sentenced in July 2021.
