The court sent blogger Portnyagin under house arrest
The Tverskoy Court of Moscow decided to place blogger Dmitry Portnyagin under house arrest.
On April 11, the media first reported about searches in the premises of Club 500 and the Siberia bath complex, and then about the initiation of a criminal case under Art. 198 and 174.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
According to investigators, the Portnyagins received funds through criminal means, transferred 91 million rubles to third party accounts and failed to pay taxes in the amount of 124 million rubles.
