The court seized real estate worth 129 million rubles from a Moscow traffic cop

According to a court decision, a house and an apartment were confiscated from a former traffic police officer in the city of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov, the total cost of which amounted to over 129 million rubles, as well as more than 50 million rubles. This was announced by the official representative of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia Andrei Ivanov.
It turned out that during the civil service, Kuznetsov, along with his relatives and other close ones, acquired more than 20 real estate objects, as well as one vehicle. The ex-traffic cop kept money in the bank. However, Kuznetsov did not provide information about the legality of the acquisition of such property.
The court turned into state revenue an expensive house with a land plot, apartments located on the territory of foreign countries, as well as money – more than 48 million rubles, in foreign currency – more than 23.8 thousand euros and 60 thousand euros.
