The court decided to recover 105 billion rubles from the former owners of Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant JSC and to seize the assets of the largest Russian wine producer, Ariant Group of Companies.

The prosecutor’s office stated that the co-owners of the ChEMK industrial group, Yuri and Lyudmila Antipov, carried out strange financial transactions, and raw materials for the manufacture of weapons were sent abroad in huge quantities.

The Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region considered the case at a meeting on April 5 behind closed doors.
