A new trial of the case of a man who insulted a boy who wore a cap with the letter Z took place in Yekaterinburg.
It is reported that the court rejected the petition to terminate the criminal case and sent the case materials to the investigative department for the Leninsky district.
A criminal case was initiated against a resident of Yekaterinburg following an incident that occurred in April. According to investigators, the man grabbed the 11-year-old boy by the arm and swore obscenely because of his cap with the letter Z. The victim’s mother wrote a statement to the police.
The man could face up to 5 years in prison under the article of hooliganism.
Earlier, a man was arrested in Crimea for threatening to set fire to a gas station employee because of his cap with the letter Z.
