The court left without consideration the claim of Yegor Creed against Ekaterina Mizulina
The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow did not consider the claim of rap artist Yegor Bulatkin (known as Yegor Creed) against the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, for one million rubles. The TASS agency reported this on Monday, January 15.
The court explained this decision by saying that the artist and his lawyers appealed to two city courts at the same time, while Creed and his representatives did not appear at the hearing, and also did not explain why they filed two lawsuits at once. It is clarified that a second lawsuit with similar demands was filed in the Odintsovo court of the Moscow region.
Let us remind you that statement of claim Yegor Creed concerned protection of honor and dignity. The claims are addressed both to Mizulina and to the organization she heads. The artist plans to recover from Ekaterina Mizulina one million rubles.
