More than 80% of Russian companies experience staff shortages

86% of companies complain about a shortage of personnel, showed survey information service Superjob, conducted among the personnel services of 1000 enterprises and organizations. In large businesses, the staff shortage is more noticeable than in small ones (89% versus 85%). If we take individual areas of activity, representatives of transport and logistics companies and industrialists most often spoke about the shortage of personnel.

There is a shortage of drivers and warehouse workers in logistics. In production and construction – skilled workers and engineers. In sales there is a shortage of line sales personnel, loaders, and order pickers. In the service sector – foremen and workers of auto repair shops, general workers. In finance – sales and customer service managers. In the IT sector – programmers, product and devops.
