The Tverskoy Court of Moscow refused to satisfy the claim for the right to inheritance of the third wife of composer Alexander Gradsky, Olga Gradskaya (Fartysheva). About it “RIA News” reported the press service of the court.
Alexander Gradsky married Olga Fartysheva in 1980; they divorced in 2001. The composer died in November 2021. In 2022, Olga Gradskaya filed a lawsuit against the musician’s widow, Marina Kotashenko, and her children, Maria (born in 1981) and Daniil (1986).
In the lawsuit, the ex-wife of Alexander Gradsky demanded that land plots, residential and non-residential buildings, and several premises be recognized as the spouses’ common property. She also asked to be allocated 1/2 of the property acquired during her marriage to the composer, excluding it from the inheritance, and to recognize her right to property.
