The Lefortovo Court of Moscow registered a new lawsuit against Anastasia Ivleeva and the main shareholder of AFK Sistema Vladimir Yevtushenkov due to the organization of a “naked party” in the Moscow club Mutabor, they reported "RIA News" in a court. It is indicated that the plaintiff demands that the defendants be obliged to pay $1 billion each to the SVO support fund.
“To oblige Vladimir Petrovich Yevtushenkov to transfer the sum of $1 billion in compensation for damage to the state fund for supporting participants in the special military operation “Defenders of the Fatherland”,” the lawsuit states. Plaintiff Anastasia Pak makes similar demands against Ms. Ivleeva, and also asks to be awarded compensation to herself in the amount of 1 ruble. from MTS and Art Center, which owns the Mutabor club.
A party with an almost naked dress code took place in the Moscow club Mutabor on the night of December 21, 2023, causing a wide public outcry.
