A court in Lipetsk dismissed a lawsuit against the Roshen factory owned by ex-president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko for the recovery of 892.8 million rubles.
It is specified that the Arbitration Court of the Lipetsk Region completely dismissed the claim. The motivational part has not been published at the moment.
Recall, on January 12, 2023, Roshen LLC filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Lipetsk Region against the Lipetsk Confectionery Factory Roshen joint-stock company demanding to recover 892.8 million rubles. Between the companies from 2014 to 2019, loan agreements were concluded, but the borrower did not return half of the money.
