The Nikulinsky Court of Moscow refused to consider the case of rapper Big Baby Tape (real name: Yegor Rakitin) on drug propaganda, the court told TASS. According to the agency’s source, the case was returned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to eliminate violations during registration.
“The court left the case of the administrative offense of E. O. Rakitin without consideration and returned the materials regarding E. O. Rakitin to the body that compiled them, that is, to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow,” the court said.
Case under Part 1.1 of Art. 6.13 Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda of narcotic drugs using the Internet) aroused after a complaint from the Safe Internet League, which also found propaganda of drug use in the songs of performers Oleg Nechiporenko (Kizaru) and Maxim Fisenko (Kishlak). Head of the League Ekaterina Mizulina I’m convincedthat “the drug business now has its own production facilities, its own producers.”
